New Resource Available – Community Palliative Care Pharmacy Pack


caring@home has launched a new Pharmacy Pack to support community pharmacists in assisting families and carers who are providing care for a person at home.
The pack includes:
  • Factsheets, tip sheets, and step-by-step guides for practical care and symptom management
  • Resources on subcutaneous medicine administration at home
  • Shelf talkers to support the timely ordering and stocking of palliative care medicines
